At Angling Adventures, we want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do what it takes to make it right—repair, replace, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Easy Summary

• 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

• Defective/damaged or wrong item? Email us within 14 days with photos—we’ll cover the cost of shipping a new product to you.

• Standard Returns & Exchanges (Size/Preference)

  If you need a different size or decide it’s not quite right:

• Email us with your order number and whether you want a refund or exchange.

• You’re responsible for return shipping on non-defective returns.

• Condition Requirements

  To keep things fair for everyone, returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed, free of odors, stains, pet hair, and deodorant/makeup marks.
